1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DocPocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the application.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DocPocket strictly for personal or business document scanning and organization on your Android mobile device in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibility & Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, images, and data you scan, import, or store in DocPocket.
Because DocPocket operates strictly locally on your device with no cloud backup, you are solely responsible for keeping backups of your documents if you switch devices or reset your phone.
You agree not to use the application to process or distribute materials that infringe on any third party's legal copyrights or violate local laws.

4. Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

DocPocket offers optional premium features ("DocPocket Pro"). All billing transactions and renewals are governed by Google Play Store terms and policies. You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Google Play Store subscriptions settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DocPocket is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure maximum stability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
